Also owned the design for Pagarkhata Application, A digital offering by the company for the MSME segment that aims to digitize and solve all the hassle of staff management.

Responsible for all customer-facing products (Android, iOS app, Desktop web & PWA) and internal products(Property Management app, Property Onboarding System) workflow and design.
Key involvement in product discussion and solving problems by understanding business requirements considering user data. Analyzing the online and offline consumer experiences, understanding the user base and the businesses, and segmenting the users by age factor, gender, and demographics to empathize and make UX decisions.
